An administrator has to add your Discord account first. Send them the Discord username the message shows.

It signed me in as the wrong Discord account
Discord uses whichever account this browser is signed in to. On Discord's screen, choose Not you? to switch.

It says my access was revoked
Only an administrator can restore it. Signing in again will not.

I was signed out of every device
Nothing about your access changed. Sign in again to carry on.
